An Introduction to Developing and Leveraging Theories of Change (Webinar)

In response to member demand BCCIC will be providing a two part series on developing and working with Theories of Change for international cooperation. The first webinar will provide an overview of what a Theory of Change (ToC) is, how to develop one and how to utilize your ToC to strengthen your organization and its impact. The second webinar will focus on how Global Affairs Canada defines a ToC and how to develop a ToC for a Global Affairs Canada proposals.
Join us on December 5th, for the first in our webinar series – An Introduction to Developing and Leveraging Theories of Change. The webinar will be co-facilitated by BCCIC, Executive Director, Michael Simpson, and Program Officer, Dan Harris, and will cover the following topics:
  • Review of ToC models and structures.
  • Overview of how to develop a ToC
  • Examples of how to utilize your organizations ToC for strategic planning, as a communications tool, and for organizational development.
  • Opportunity for participants to share and compare their ToCs.
