BCCIC Webinar – Volunteer Recruitment and Management
March 27 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Join us on March 27th for a webinar provided by Jayne Cravens on the topic of volunteer recruitment and management. This webinar will provide insights on how to effectively recruit, retain, and manage volunteers in a way that benefits both an organization and the volunteer without becoming a drain of time and resources.
The non-for-profit sector fundamentally relies on the passion, time, and commitment of volunteers. However, to find the best approach to efficiently use and train their skills while ensuring their ongoing engagement can be a challenge, especially for small-and-medium sized organizations. This is why, by the end of the 90-minute session, this webinar aims to provide:
- An overview of the essentials for successful volunteer recruitment and engagement.
- A method for identifying and addressing volunteer recruitment issues.
- Approaches to find, recognize and tailor volunteer engagement trends.
- Further resources to dive deeper into this topic.
Our facilitator, Jayne Cravens, is an internationally-recognized researcher, university lecturer, consultant, and trainer.
