BCCIC M&E Webinar 3 – Results Based Management Tool Kit
January 15 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
We are pleased to announce the third installment in BCCIC’s ongoing Monitoring & Evaluation webinar series. Each webinar is based on topics identified by BCCC members and the third webinar in the series will focus on Results Based Management (RBM) – providing an overview of this M&E approach and a tool kit for developing and working with RBM. Results Based Management is used widely in the international development sector and is often a proposal requirement from larger funding organizations such as Global Affairs Canada.
GAC’s new RBM materials are generally useful for designing, managing and reporting on any initiative. See RBM for International Assistance: a how to guide
Participants are invited to submit questions in advance to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are currently working on a proposal, you may want to read or skim through the RBM guide and download initial drafts and templates to prepare some questions and notes ahead of time.
The webinar will take place online on Tuesday January 15th, 2019 from 12.30 pm to 2 pm (Pacific Time) and will address the following topics:
- Overview of Global Affairs’ Results Based Management toolkit and resources
- RBM “hacks”: common pitfalls and tips in developing RBM materials
- Discussion – questions and answers
The webinar will be facilitated by BCCIC Board Member (and former CIDA Head of Aid, and Western Canada Regional Manager) Rebecca Mellett (bio below) and you can register for the webinar using the link below:
