Pacific Peoples’ Partnership and the Royal BC Museum invite you to One Wave Gathering 2026, a day of culture, community, and climate resilience bringing together South Pacific and local Indigenous voices.

The program includes Talanoa dialogue sessions, live performances by the Little Brother Dance Group, Pearl of the South Pacific Dance Group, and Coastal Jammers, and immersive displays of Indigenous art and artifacts. A screening of the documentary YUMI, following Pacific law students taking climate action, will be followed by community conversation. Lunch is available in the Community Room from noon to 2 p.m.

The event takes place on the territories of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations at the Royal BC Museum.
