Spur Change’s National Conference “Peace: Beyond the absence of war”

Spur Change is hosting an in-person National Conference “Peace: Beyond the absence of war”, in Montreal on May 17-19, 2022. Canadian SMOs, teachers and youth are invited to register for this 3-day event to consider structural and systemic obstacles to peace, explore solutions, and share possible courses of action to build a peaceful world. There are a limited number of subsidized spaces available. Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee and selected participants will be announced in February.

– 45 subsidized spots available for Canadian teachers and 45 subsidized spots available for Canadian SMOs ;
– 10 grants available for young Canadians who participated in the 2020 and 2021 cohorts of the Youth Champions Program;
