BCCIC’s organizational bylaws, last updated in 2019, provide the guide by which our organization and network function. We encourage all members and prospective members to familiarize themselves with them at their leisure.
As a member of the Cooperation Canada BCCIC complies with and promotes a national Code of Ethics and Operational Standards. Last revised in 2009, the Cooperation Canada Code of Ethics outlines a set of operational standards, which includes a compliance procedure and guides practices.BCCIC encourages members of our network to read through these guidelines and comply with the outlined operational practices and procedures.
Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Policy
BCCIC aims to cultivate a positive work environment free of sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment and discrimination where everyone, including our Board, staff members, contractors, consultants, volunteers, partners and members, feels safe, supported and respected and are aware of their rights and responsibilities in relation to the prevention and reporting of sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse.
