Renewing your BCCIC Membership is an Easy 2-Step Process
We are pleased to use a new online renewal system through Member 365. The time for renewal every year is in September, before the Annual General Meeting.
Step 1 – Complete Your Renewal Form
Please make sure to fill out the online renewal form so that we can keep accurate records of your contact information, preferences, and designated representatives as we move into another year of exciting growth and learning together.
Membership Renewal for 2019-20 will be done on your membership portal. Use the credentials you received by email to log in to your membership portal. Once you have logged-in to the membership portal you will be able to see a renewal badge on the right-side 30 days prior to the renewal deadline. We have set the renewal deadline as September 30th, 2019 so you should be able to see this renewal badge the first time you log in. The badge is circled in blue below, click “renew today” to proceed with your renewal. If you have not received your login credentials please email Laurel at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Step 2 – Pay Your 2017-18 Membership Fee
Fees for BCCIC Membership for the upcoming year are broken down by membership type and then for Full Organizational Members, broken down according to total revenue for previous fiscal year.
On our new membership portal you will be able to pay your membership dues when you have finished filling out the renewal form. If you wish to pay by cheque you can choose “check” on the payment page. We will process your renewal once we have received your cheque. If you wish to have someone else in your organization process the payment you can select cheque or cash and it will send you an invoice by email which you can forward to the person who will be paying your dues.

Renewal deadline is Monday, September 30th. Please make sure that your renewal form is complete and submitted and that your dues have been paid (or mailed) by this date.
