The Hub is a 1000 square-foot space adjacent to the main BCCIC offices with desk space for up to 10 people, a couch corner to relax and work in, and small kitchenette for your coffee and tea needs throughout the day. This space is perfect if you’re looking to change up your workspace from home or a coffee shop to a quiet corner for the day, week or month.
While renting the space you’ll have access to the BCCIC media and conference rooms for those smaller gatherings, video conference calls, and team meetings that require a separate space or more private area. These can be reserved in advance through the BCCIC Hub Coordinator at no additional cost.
Conference Room: The Conference Room or Board Room has a 10-12 person seating table, perfect for a board meeting, conference call or small workshop facilitations. With a computer and connected T.V screen, this room is ideal for larger meetings where participants are joining in by video feed.
Media Room: The Media Room is a smaller space with projector that projects directly onto the back wall. This room is perfect for a day’s volunteer training, small team meetings, presentations, or conference calls.
If you’re looking to host a 40-60-person event, whether that be a work orientation, event, or workshop, the SDG Hub is the perfect space for this. After 5pm on weekday’s and all day on weekends the space can be rearranged to suit your needs.
