Jeffrey was previously the Coordinator of Climate Multilateral Affairs with BCCIC’s youth-led climate change branch and was one of the co-lead of the BCCIC Youth Delegation to UN Climate Change. He was responsible for the overall management and strategic leadership of BCCIC’s youth programming on climate change policy research and advocacy.
He has also contributed to multiple BCCIC publications, including the 2019 civil society shadow voluntary national review report “Where Canada Stands Vol. III – A Sustainable Development Goals Progress Report”. Jeffrey earned both his Bachelor of Arts in political science and environmental studies and Master of Arts in political science (international relations) from the University of British Columbia.
